Shadow Peak Boxing is a fitness and entertainment platform. The content, workouts, technique videos, nutrition guidance, and any communication from coaches or trainers on the Service do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
2. Consult a Physician First
Combat-sports training is high-intensity. Consult a licensed physician before starting any program, especially if you:
- Are pregnant or postpartum
- Have a heart, respiratory, joint, or neurological condition
- Have any prior injury, surgery, or chronic pain
- Take medication that affects heart rate, blood pressure, or balance
- Are under 18 (parent or guardian consent and pediatric clearance required)
3. Assumption of Risk
Boxing, kickboxing, heavy-bag work, sparring drills, and conditioning involve risk of injury including bruising, sprains, fractures, concussion, dental injury, eye injury, cardiac events, and in rare cases death. By using the Service you voluntarily assume all such risks.
4. Stop If You Feel Unwell
Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat, sudden joint pain, vision changes, or any concussion symptoms.
5. Equipment and Environment
Use properly fitted gloves, wraps, and (where appropriate) headgear and mouthguard. Train in a clear space free of obstacles, with adequate hydration and ventilation. Inspect equipment before every session.
6. Individual Results

7. Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shadow Peak Boxing, its owners, employees, contractors, and content partners from any claim arising from your use of the Service.
